While we trust you won’t ever have to utilize it, our 7-Day Replacement and Inspection Warranty is a testament to our dedication to providing you with complete peace of mind. You’re granted a 7-day period – a total of 168 hours – to thoroughly inspect your purchased product for any unforeseen operational or internal anomalies. In the unlikely event of physical damage or breakage during delivery, we kindly request that you notify us within 24 hours via email at info@meerabstores.com or by calling us at 03338254011. This allows us to promptly initiate the replacement process for your product.
Should you happen to identify any issues, please reach out to us via call or email. We will promptly validate your claim and expedite the product replacement procedure.
Meerab Stores’ replacement policy encompasses two scenarios:
- Receipt of an incorrect product.
- Receipt of a defective or problematic product.
However, for the complete replacement process to proceed, the product must adhere to the following criteria:
- It should remain undamaged, unused, and maintain the condition it was received in.
- The package must contain the original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accompanying accessories that were included or attached to the product upon ordering.
- None of the items mentioned above, including the product itself, should exhibit any signs of defacement or markings in any form.

Legal Jurisdiction: In the event of disputes, customers can direct legal correspondence to Meerab Stores, located at Building 47# Mehran Block, DC Colony, Gujranwala, Pakistan. Any legal cases will be addressed in the consumer court of Gujranwala. Should a false claim be proven by the court of law, Meerab Stores reserves the right to recover legal costs from the customer.
Limited Liability: To the fullest extent permissible by applicable laws, including negligence, Meerab Stores, its directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be held liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, etc.) resulting from the use of our services. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through amicable arbitration, as stipulated by the Arbitration Act of 1940, with the arbitration venue set in Gujranwala.
